Virginia International Tattoo 2015 Information Page
If you haven’t seen the commercials on TV, the Virginia International Tattoo Festival is a signature event of the Virginia Arts festival. It is an exhibition of military bands, massed pipes and drums, military drill teams, gymnasts, Scottish dancers, and choirs. The show is the largest NATO show of its kind in the United States involving a cast of over 800 artists from many different countries and has over 40k spectators attending every year, including shows to over 12,000 students. This year we will honor the United States Military Families with an awe-inspiring spectacle of international music and an astounding display of patriotism. Parents and friends are welcome to purchase tickets; however please wait a few days to see if I can get some discounted tickets. Granby JROTC opens the event displaying a 60 X 30 ft American flag and participates as US/NATO flag bearers. Below is the schedule of events:
